Job summary

Eltham Carpet Court, a leading flooring retailer in Victoria, is seeking a Full-time Information Management Analyst to join the team for an immediate start. You will collect, analyse and manage information from multiple systems to support management decisions and develop dashboards for performance monitoring.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong analytical and organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems.
• Understanding of business data governance and reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organise and analyse business information from sales, inventory, customer, purchasing and operational systems to support management decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain information management systems, databases, spreadsheets and reporting tools to ensure business information is accurate, accessible and reliable.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports, analytical summaries and performance dashboards to monitor sales, inventory and other key business indicators.
• Analyse business data and trends to identify operational issues and opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
• Review and improve information flows, reporting processes and business procedures to enhance information quality and efficiency.
• Monitor the accuracy, completeness and consistency of business information and coordinate data collection across functions.
• Provide professional advice and analytical support to management on information management and forecasting.
