Job summary

Department of Communities and Justice NSW is seeking a Business Analyst - Data and Analytics to support high-quality reporting and analytics for the Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery division. You will gather requirements, map data flows and contribute to reporting solutions to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

The role focuses on stakeholder collaboration, managing competing priorities and delivering clear, practical analyses in a hybrid work environment.

Monitor outcomes and suggest continuous improvements for efficiency and service delivery.
Translate technical information into clear documentation for non-technical audiences.
