Job summary

Suncorp Group in Melbourne is seeking a Service Specialist to support the Core Data Platform, enabling data across analytics, reporting and insights. You will focus on improving service stability, resolving incidents and driving continuous improvement with partner teams.

In this role you will work across enterprise data, cloud and service delivery environments, contribute to monitoring and automation, and help deliver reliable data services that support business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Enterprise data environment experience.
• Understanding of data pipelines, warehouses and data lifecycle.
• Experience managing incidents and service improvements.
• Familiar with data integration tools for monitoring and support.

Responsibilities

• Support stability by managing platform performance and improvements.
• Manage and resolve incidents with timely restoration and RCA.
• Collaborate with platform teams and partners to improve service outcomes.
• Contribute to monitoring, automation and reporting practices.
• Analyze service data to identify recurring issues and drive improvements.
• Build knowledge across teams through documentation and capability uplift.
