The role focuses on stabilising availability, incident resolution, and driving continuous improvement across data pipelines and warehouses. You will collaborate with platform teams, contribute to monitoring and automation, and share knowledge to uplift the organisation's capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery or platform support within large enterprises.
• Knowledge of data platforms, pipelines, warehouses, and data lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Support service stability by improving Core Data Platform performance.
• Manage and resolve incidents with timely restoration of services.
• Collaborate with platform teams to improve service outcomes and operations.
• Contribute to monitoring, automation, and reporting to improve visibility and performance.
• Analyze service data to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Support documentation and knowledge sharing to uplift capabilities.
