Bendigo Bank in Australia is seeking a hands-on Data Governance Specialist to act as the central data governance expert for our Customer Enablement division. You will lead a stocktake of Critical and Sensitive Data Elements (CDEs) across key domains, tracing data from creation to use to improve quality and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Systems and Document Management, you will partner with Data Custodians to draft access controls, develop lifecycle processes, and help

Competenze

• 2+ years in a data management, governance, risk, or compliance role.
• Ability to catalogue business data (CDEs) and map data flows.
• Knowledge of banking systems, regulatory reporting, and PowerBI.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is advantageous.
• Excellent communication to explain data policies to leaders.

• Lead Data Discovery & Stocktake of CDEs across data domains.
• Map data flow from creation to consumption to identify quality issues.
