Job summary

Bendigo Bank in Melbourne is seeking a technical data specialist to own end-to-end extraction, collation and preparation of credit risk data across Business, Agribusiness and Consumer lending. You’ll consolidate data from multiple source systems into a unified credit risk dataset and support monthly reporting in a SAS environment.

You’ll build and maintain a Power BI semantic model for risk reporting, collaborate on data warehouse improvements and project work.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAS, BigQuery and Power BI to build semantic models.
• Familiar with banking data warehouses and source lending platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end extraction, collation and preparation of credit risk data.
• Monthly processes: run SAS-based data pipelines and reconciliations.
