HUB24 is seeking a thoughtful, collaborative Data Engineering Team Lead to guide the design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of our data platforms and pipelines across HUB24’s digital and enterprise landscape.

In this role, you’ll build scalable, secure data products, mentor engineers, and partner with product managers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions that drive product, regulatory, and customer outcomes.

Formación

• Experience leading data engineering teams.
• Strong background in building scalable data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, support, and develop a high-performing data engineering team.
• Mentor and coach team members for technical and career growth.
• Design, develop, and maintain data systems across Engage and myHUB platforms.
• Build and optimise Databricks-based workflows, including batch and real-time pipelines.
• Guide scalable, secure, and maintainable data architectures.
