Job summary

HUB24 is seeking a permanent Product Enablement Lead to shape how product teams work across myhub, Engage and myprosperity. You will create frameworks, documentation, reporting rhythms and shared ways of working to bring clarity and confidence to delivery.

You’ll excel at bringing order to complexity, building practical tools used daily, and enabling teams to share knowledge efficiently, reducing admin and speeding up product strategy execution.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in Product Operations or related fields.
• Experience building scalable documentation and knowledge systems.
• Strong written communication and information design skills.
• Customer experience mindset for internal teams and end customers.
• Pragmatic, process-driven approach; know when structure adds value.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation.
• Interest in AI to improve knowledge sharing and reduce admin.
• Curiosity about emerging product enablement practices and tools.
• Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to bring order to complexity in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain shared templates, reporting rhythms and reusable assets for the product team.
• Own and improve the documentation framework across the portfolio including guides and artefacts.
• Partner with Product Managers to design reusable templates and standards for discovery and communications.
• Support roadmap hygiene and clarity in Productboard for audiences.
• Capture context from discovery to delivery including trade-offs and rationale.
• Contribute to a repeatable discovery practice across framing, research, synthesis and validation.
• Improve workflows and artefacts to reduce coordination effort across Product, UX and delivery teams.
• Optimise enablement tools like Figma, Dovetail, Confluence and Productboard for speed and consistency.
• Coach Product Managers, designers and engineers to adopt templates and tools.
• Work with CX Designer and Customer Success to ensure consistent product copy and collateral.
