Job summary

Acknowledge Education is seeking a Systems Coordinator to manage and optimise student management systems, ensuring data accuracy, reliability and regulatory compliance.

The role sits at the intersection of systems, data and operations, working with internal teams and external vendors to improve functionality, streamline processes and maintain high data integrity. You will deliver training and guidance to staff and contribute to regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Experience with Student Management Systems (SMS) and data in higher education.
• Experience with TCSI reporting: data preparation, validation, submission and error resolution.
• Experience with Meshed RTO Manager, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, including Power BI or Tableau and advanced Excel.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to data integrity, management and compliance.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, practical guidance for non-technical staff.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support core student and business systems (SMS, InPlace, JIRA, My eQuals).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of student data across systems.
• Produce and analyse scheduled and ad-hoc reports, including Power BI dashboards.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements (TCSI, QILT) including data prep, validation and submission.
• Develop system documentation, user guides and process manuals.
