Job summary

UP Education is seeking a Systems Coordinator to manage and optimise our student management systems, ensuring data accuracy, reliability and regulatory compliance across SMS, InPlace, JIRA and My eQuals. You will work with internal teams and external vendors to improve system functionality, deliver BI reporting including Power BI dashboards, and support regulatory reporting such as TCSI and QILT.

This role sits at the intersection of systems, data and operations, requiring strong data analysis,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computing or related discipline.
• Experience with SMS and data in higher education.
• Experience with TCSI reporting: data prep, validation, submission, error resolution.
• Experience with Meshed RTO Manager, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Strong data analysis and reporting, including advanced Excel; Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support key student and business systems (SMS, InPlace, JIRA, My eQuals).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of student data across systems.
• Produce and analyse operational, management and regulatory reports; create Power BI dashboards.
• Support regulatory reporting (TCSI, QILT) including data preparation and submission.
• Monitor reporting requirements to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Maintain system documentation and user guides; deliver staff training.
