Job summary

AMES Australia is seeking a Performance and System Lead to provide functional leadership for student management, attendance and related systems. You will optimise data governance, deliver robust performance reporting and enable analytics and automation to support decision-making.

The role requires managing change, training staff, and coordinating with IT, vendors and government systems to ensure reliable integration and adoption.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Management and Analytics or Education Management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Student Management Systems (preferably aXcelerate).
• Alternatively, minimum 5 years’ experience with student management systems and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership for student management, attendance and related systems.
• Ensure data quality, governance, reporting, analytics and automation.
• Lead change management, procedures, training and system governance.
