Job summary

Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Systems Coordinator to manage and optimise our student management systems, ensuring data accuracy, reliability and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to improve functionality, streamline processes and support informed decision‑making.

You will lead data analysis and reporting, including Power BI dashboards, and support TCSI, QILT and other higher education and VET reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience with SMS and data within the higher education sector.
• Experience with TCSI reporting, data preparation, validation and submission.
• Experience with Meshed RTO Manager and JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capability including Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to data integrity and compliance.
• Ability to translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work with WWCC or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support key student and business systems, including SMS, InPlace, JIRA and My eQuals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Monitor accuracy and integrity of student data across systems.
• Produce and analyse scheduled and ad-hoc reports, including Power BI dashboards.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements (TCSI, QILT) including data prep and submission.
• Monitor data and reporting requirements to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate student records and census data to meet regulatory needs.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, guides and manuals.
• Deliver training and guidance to staff for consistent use of systems.
