Job summary

Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd is seeking a Systems Coordinator to manage and optimise student management systems, ensuring data accuracy, reliability and regulatory compliance across SMS, InPlace, JIRA, and My eQuals.

In this role you will leverage data analysis and BI to drive insightful reporting, support TCSI and QILT submissions, and partner with vendors and internal teams to enhance system functionality and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
• Experience with Student Management Systems (SMS) and data in higher education.
• Experience with TCSI reporting: data prep, validation, submission, error resolution.
• Experience with Meshed RTO Manager and JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Strong data analysis and reporting, including advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
• Attention to detail and data integrity, with ability to translate technical info for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support student and business systems including SMS, InPlace, JIRA and My eQuals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and improve functionality.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of student data across systems.
• Produce and analyse operational, management and regulatory reports including Power BI dashboards.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements (TCSI, QILT, etc.) including data prep and submission.
• Monitor reporting needs to identify trends, discrepancies and investigations.
• Maintain accurate census data and key reporting fields.
• Develop system documentation, guides and process manuals.
• Deliver training to staff for consistent use of systems and processes.
