Job summary

Acknowledge Education is seeking a Systems Coordinator to manage and optimise student management systems, ensuring data accuracy, reliability and regulatory compliance. The role sits at the intersection of systems, data and operations, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to improve functionality and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
• Experience with SMS and data in the higher education sector.
• Experience with TCSI reporting: data prep, validation, submission and error resolution.
• Experience with Meshed RTO Manager and JIRA or similar platforms.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, including advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to data integrity, management and compliance.
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support student and business systems (SMS, InPlace, JIRA, My eQuals).
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of student data across systems.
• Produce and analyse scheduled and ad-hoc operational, management and regulatory reports, including Power BI dashboards.
• Support regulatory reporting (TCSI, QILT) with data preparation, validation and submission.
• Monitor reporting requirements to identify trends, discrepancies and investigations.
• Maintain accurate student records and census data meeting regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides and process manuals.
• Deliver training to staff for effective use of systems and processes.
