Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for the Hume data centre campus in Canberra. You will manage day-to-day logistics, site maintenance, security, and scheduling activities to ensure uninterrupted operations and an excellent client experience.

Ideal candidates have experience in facilities or building operations, with a focus on coordinating contractors, adherence to safety, and strong communication with stakeholders. Australian citizenship and NV1 clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, property, or building operations.
• Experience coordinating contractors and external vendors.
• Knowledge of building compliance and safety obligations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities maintenance aligns with workplans and compliance.
• Coordinate with contracted staff across verticals to complete works.
• Manage site logistics and enforce security protocols.
• Oversee inspections for repairs or renovations and arrange access.
• Promote safe work practices and uphold presentation standards.
