CDC’s facilities team in Canberra invites a Facilities Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations at the Hume data centre campus. You’ll oversee site maintenance, security, and administrative scheduling to ensure uninterrupted, secure facilities.
You’ll coordinate with contracted staff, monitor compliance and safety, and work with operations to deliver outstanding service to clients while keeping presentation and safety standards high.

This is an integral role, based out of our Hume data centre campus in Canberra - the successful candidate will be essential in managing the day-to-day logistics, overseeing site maintenance, physical security, and facility presentation through a range of administrative and scheduling activities. Joining a dedicated facilities team, and alongside other facilities coordinators, you will work closely with CDC operations to deliver a superior customer experience and uphold secure, uninterrupted facility maintenance. This role involves overseeing a range of scheduling tasks and providing hands-on site support to ensure the continuous operation of our site.

Ideally, you'll bring experience in facilities, property, or building operations, with exposure to base building services, planned and reactive maintenance, and contractor management. Experience with DLP (Defects Liability Period) management and coordinating building compliance and safety obligations will be highly regarded.

Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
