Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking an experienced project professional to oversee infrastructure and facilities-related projects within live data centre environments across Canberra campuses (Hume, Fyshwick, Beard). You will drive initiation, planning and execution, coordinating operations, engineering and vendors to achieve quality, safety and financial objectives.

Responsibilities include planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, progress reporting and smooth handover of all project

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial-scale projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong coordination of multiple stakeholders, contractors and vendors.
• Focus on safety, quality and minimizing business disruption.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, deliverables and resources.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, development and vendors.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers, ensuring safety and site policy compliance.
• Monitor budgets and schedules and escalate issues when needed.
• Oversee handover of project documentation including as-built docs and test reports.
• Manage stakeholder communication through regular updates and workshops.
• Ensure regulatory and safety requirements are met at all times.
