Job summary

CDC Data Centres Pty Ltd in Australia’s NSW region is seeking a dedicated Construction/Project Coordinator to support the services component of large-scale data centre builds at our Marsden Park campus. You will coordinate electrical, mechanical and plumbing activities, align internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the project stays on schedule and within scope.

The role requires strong reporting, on-site inspections and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Background in construction or services project coordination.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
• Candidates with construction or project management qualifications encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services components (electrical, plumbing, mechanical) within data centre builds.
• Assist with site inspections and reporting on defects, progress and risk.
• Maintain project documentation and programming in Aconex and SharePoint.
• Support weekly reporting, commissioning plans and functional testing.
• Engage with stakeholders and coordinate regular site meetings.
