Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 8+ years experience in cost management or construction.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end cost management for data centre projects.
• Define cost strategies, benchmarks, and control frameworks.
• Oversee client engagement and reporting to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor Cost Managers and project teams.
• Drive value engineering and lifecycle costing initiatives.
