Google LLC is seeking a Third Party Data Center Site Business Program Manager to oversee maintenance agreements for Data Center systems, drive cost control, and manage procurement projects. You will collaborate with Environment, Health, and Safety teams and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

The role focuses on budgets, project execution, and stakeholder coordination across the company7s data center ecosystem, enabling reliable and scalable Google infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of accounting experience focusing on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• 2 years of experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Sage, or Oracle).
• Experience in vendor management.
• Experience in APAC regional tax and administrative.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the technical team to create requests for information and proposals, statements of work, and service agreements.
• Evaluate proposals using a structured decision-making matrix, award contracts, and ensure seamless stakeholder communication.
• Lead annual budget development aligning with strategic objectives; provide estimates for operational and capital budgets, regularly review and communicate budget reports with variance analysis and clear insights.
• Review budget requests, propose solutions for financial efficiency, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to overall financial optimisation.
• Collect and analyse cost data, support management in maintaining key performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights for strategic planning.
