Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners, including government agencies.
• Experience with economic development issues such as taxes or infrastructure development.
• Experience in data center location strategy or APAC markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage confidential projects with awareness of value and timing.
• Serve as a commercial liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders; develop regional strategy.
• Collaborate with tax, finance, legal, policy, and communications on economic development matters.
• Provide region-specific business advisory support for economic development agreements, including tax implications and infrastructure funding.
