Equinix is seeking a proactive Concierge to support datacenter facilities and administrative duties. You will coordinate visits, manage records, and liaise with customers on site, ensuring smooth operations and strong service delivery.

This permanent role runs Monday–Friday onsite in a customer‑facing capacity, with opportunities to engage cross‑functionally and support security and operations teams as needed.

Qualificações

• Need strong communication skills and organised admin capabilities.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in front‑line roles.
• Comfortable working onsite with client interaction and issue identification.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate visits and schedules for data center customers.
• Manage records of activities and inventories in the data center.
• Generate reports and assist with security and access control procedures.
• Support IBX Operations teams with ad hoc tasks and emergency preparedness.
• Provide onsite customer liaison and ensure cross‑functional communications.
