ETISK - ecommerce & retail recruitment is partnering with an ambitious D2C apparel & lifestyle brand in Australia to appoint a CRM & Loyalty Manager. You will own the CRM roadmap, lifecycle journeys and loyalty initiatives, translating customer insights into growth.

You'll work with Ecommerce, Marketing and Creative teams to optimise messages across email, SMS and other owned channels, driving revenue and customer lifetime value in a fast‑moving consumer business.

Formación

• Strong experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or retention within a D2C, Ecommerce or consumer brand.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable or similar platforms.
• Experience developing automated customer journeys and personalised communications.
• Understanding of loyalty programmes and improving retention, repeat purchase and lifetime value.
• Comfort with customer data, reporting and performance metrics to identify opportunities.
• Experience collaborating with Ecommerce and Marketing teams in a product-led environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop the CRM roadmap and loyalty strategy.
• Build and optimize customer journeys across email, SMS and other channels.
• Develop and evolve the loyalty programme to drive repeat purchases.
• Use data to create targeted and personalised communications.
• Identify opportunities to automate journeys and improve flows.
• Own CRM reporting and track revenue contribution and retention metrics.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing and Creative teams on product launches and trading priorities.
