Qualifications

• Demonstrated success developing business within the Government cyber security or workforce solutions market.
• Strong relationships across Government agencies, procurement teams, and contractor networks.
• Experience selling or delivering labour hire or contractor‑based engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the cyber workforce solutions business.
• Build relationships across Government agencies, procurement teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify, qualify and convert opportunities for cyber contractor engagements.
• Develop partnerships with specialist recruitment providers and talent networks to support delivery outcomes.
• Leverage Government panel arrangements and procurement pathways to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal cyber security, delivery and sales teams to create innovative workforce and capability solutions.
• Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and deliver against growth targets.
• Support the evolution of customer engagements from contractor‑based services to broader capability and managed service partnerships.
