Job summary

Cloudflare in Sydney is seeking a Services Sales Manager to drive technology evangelism and develop custom professional services propositions that translate customer requirements into measurable business value. You will enable sales teams with credible technical content and craft solutions that align with strategic outcomes.

You will collaborate across Delivery, Global Practices and Sales to tailor service offerings, deliver value-based engagements, and grow Cloudflare's professional services

Qualifications

Proven track record in service sales preferably with delivery experience in IT or Cyber Security services.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Experience in discovery/scope definition workshops with cross-functional teams.
Experience across multiple regions.
Cybersecurity experience preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as SFDC or similar.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales teams to define Cloudflare's GTM services and showcase delivery capabilities.
Gather and define customer requirements for value-based outcomes in workshop scenarios.
Construct solution proposals and Statements of Work to satisfy customer scope and outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery and Global Practices to drive business growth for Cloudflare Services in the aligned territory.
