Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a collaborative team focused on outbound prospecting and educating organizations on CrowdStrike’s security solutions. Responsibilities

• Start conversations.
• Reach out to organisations that don't use CrowdStrike yet, and understand their business and security objectives.
• Conduct multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, focusing on outbound prospecting while following up on inbound leads.
• Ask relevant questions to determine whether there's a real problem CrowdStrike can solve, then book a meeting with an account executive.
• Use AI to research accounts, prioritise outreach, and tailor messages to the contact.
• Review call recordings and transcripts to improve approaches and share learnings with the team.
• Collaborate with marketing campaigns and channel partners; work with the team in person 3 days a week in the office.
