Job summary

Capgemini in Melbourne seeks a Head of Cybersecurity Delivery to lead end-to-end cybersecurity engagements across consulting, projects, and managed services. You will ensure scope, quality, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction while driving governance and risk management.

Lead complex programs spanning IAM, SOC, MDR, VM, Zero Trust, GRC, Cloud Security, and Secure AI adoption, shaping strategy with senior stakeholders and guiding delivery leadership across pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end delivery outcomes across cybersecurity consulting, projects, professional services, and managed services engagements.
• Ensure successful delivery of scope, quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Establish and drive delivery governance, risk management, reporting, and quality assurance practices.
• Act as the executive escalation point for complex delivery challenges and critical client engagements.
• Drive a culture of accountability, client-centricity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
