Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security within a global consulting firm or large technology company.
• Excellent communication, structure, and clarity in presenting ideas.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading others to build capabilities and high-quality outcomes.
• Proven track record delivering client outcomes through delivery and team management.
• Strategic mindset and ability to connect engagements to broader business context.
• Experience identifying opportunities and helping qualify and sell engagements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers’ business needs and advise on strategic cyber security planning.
• Manage relationships with customers, including account planning and development of key relationships for follow-on work.
• Lead engagement teams, including scoping, work plans, meeting prep, facilitation and project management.
• Plan and coordinate resources for product implementation and major strategic proposals.
• Perform analysis to identify value opportunities, form cohesive conclusions, and present findings to executives.
• Identify innovative service offerings and drive continuous improvement and collaboration across practices.
