Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager in Australia (Hybrid) to act as the bridge between our SOC and APAC clients. You will oversee onboarding, governance, incident escalation, and service improvement across client lifecycles, ensuring alignment with SLAs and delivering value.

The role requires at least 1 year of cybersecurity experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel. ITIL knowledge is a plus, with a focus on client relationship management and cross-functional

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Cybersecurity.
• Affinity for IT and cybersecurity.
• Possibly ITIL Foundation certification.
• Clear vision of client relationship management.
• Willingness to travel to clients as needed.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain productive relationships with assigned clients.
• Increase the value of contracts by enhancing clients' cybersecurity.
• Conduct formal and ad-hoc client meetings (onsite reviews) and manage escalations.
• Collaborate closely with the account management team.
• Ensure delivered services align with contracted SLAs.
• Analyse service usage and perceived service value.
• Take responsibility for clients' satisfaction.
