Job summary

Natural Selection Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Program Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead a major cyber security program, partnering across technology, cyber security, risk, data and business teams to strengthen security, governance and resilience. This contract-based role offers an initial 12-month term with immediate commencement.

You will drive planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and delivery across multiple workstreams to realise lasting business

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong cyber security program delivery experience.
• Proven background working with cyber risk, governance and compliance frameworks.
• Experience delivering data governance, data risk or information management programs.
• Strong risk assessment and risk management capability.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience operating within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to commence at short notice preferred.

• Facilitate workshops, steering committees and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver clear program reporting, status updates and executive communications.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, security requirements and delivery outcomes.

A major organisation is seeking an experienced Program Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead a significant cyber security-focused program of work. This is a high-profile engagement that will see you partnering across technology, cyber security, risk, data and business teams to deliver critical initiatives that strengthen security, governance and organisational resilience.

You’ll bring a strong understanding of cyber security programs, data governance and risk management, combined with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive outcomes across multiple workstreams.
