Job summary

Talenza is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join a major cyber security transformation program in Sydney. You will help drive project delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives within a large enterprise environment.

You will coordinate activities, prepare status reports, and maintain RAID registers while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, or Project Administrator role.
• Background supporting technology, cyber security, infrastructure, or transformation programs.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project governance, reporting, and RAID management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exposure to Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project is advantageous.
