Job summary

Enterprise IT Resources Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Program Manager in Sydney to drive the delivery of a portfolio of technology and cyber security initiatives. The role involves coordinating across multiple workstreams, governance, risk management, and senior stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology, infrastructure, cyber security, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong program governance and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe will be highly regarded.

Sydney | $190,000 Base Salary + Benefits | Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH)

We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a leading organisation and drive the successful delivery of a portfolio of strategic technology and cyber security initiatives.

This role will suit a highly capable program leader who thrives in complex environments and has a proven track record of overseeing multiple projects, managing senior stakeholders, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

Working closely with executive leaders, project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating delivery across a number of interconnected workstreams, providing governance oversight, managing risks and dependencies, and driving successful outcomes across the program portfolio.
