Delta Electricity seeks an experienced Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Manager to lead our cyber governance, risk and compliance function across the organisation. You will shape our security strategy, partnering with business leaders to embed resilient cyber controls and regulatory readiness.

This role reports to the Head of Technology, involves managing SOCI, CIRMP and Essential Eight compliance, leading incident response and a high-performing team, with weekly travel between Sydney

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cyber security governance, risk and compliance within regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of cyber risk management, frameworks and assurance practices.
• Experience with SOCI, CIRMP, Essential Eight and broader regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to influence at all levels of the business.
• Proven leadership of teams and delivery of organisational change.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead Delta's Cyber Security Strategy, governance framework and security roadmap.
• Drive cyber risk management, assurance activities and security maturity uplift.
• Ensure compliance with infrastructure obligations including SOCI, CIRMP and incident reporting.
• Oversee cyber security policies, standards and control effectiveness programs.
• Lead cyber incident response and support business continuity and resilience planning.
• Provide trusted advice to leaders on cyber risk and security best practice.
• Manage third-party cyber risk and secure technology delivery across the organisation.
• Build and develop a high-performing cyber security team.
