Job summary

Delta Electricity is seeking an experienced Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Manager to lead our cyber GRC function and shape our security strategy. Based in Sydney, work from Sydney CBD or Vales Point Power Station with weekly travel between sites.

Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will drive cyber risk management, assurance activities and security maturity uplift, while ensuring compliance with essential infrastructure obligations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cyber security governance, risk and compliance within a complex or highly regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of cyber risk management, security frameworks and assurance practices.
• Experience with SOCI, CIRMP, Essential Eight and broader regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead Delta's Cyber Security Strategy, governance framework and security roadmap.
• Drive cyber risk management, assurance activities and security maturity uplift initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with critical infrastructure obligations, including SOCI, CIRMP and cyber incident reporting requirements.
• Oversee cyber security policies, standards and control effectiveness programs.
• Lead cyber incident response and support business continuity and resilience planning.
• Provide trusted advice to leaders and stakeholders on cyber risk and security best practice.
• Manage third-party cyber risk and support secure technology delivery across the organisation.
• Build lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
