OCAM 4x4 Accessories in Coolum Beach is seeking a motivated Customer Service Team Member focused on ecommerce. You will engage with 4x4 enthusiasts, manage online orders, prepare quotes, and provide friendly service to help customers get the most from their off-road gear.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in automotive or 4x4 industry.
• Trade, mechanical, or automotive background (advantageous but not required).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Can work independently and unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Working towards branch sales targets and KPIs in store and via phone.
• Contributing to online E-commerce custumer service space in all aspects.
• Ensuring a safe and positive workplace environment.
• Greeting customers and maintaining a professional, well-presented showroom.
• Preparing and following up on quotes for 4x4 accessories and parts.
• Managing and processing customer orders efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records and customer databases.
• Assisting with stock control and merchandising.
• Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations when needed.
