Qualifications

• Experience or interest in automotive or 4x4 industry.
• Trade, mechanical, or automotive background (advantageous but not required).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Can work independently and unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Working towards branch sales targets and KPIs in store and via phone.
• Contributing to online E-commerce custumer service space in all aspects.
• Ensuring a safe and positive workplace environment.
• Greeting customers and maintaining a professional, well-presented showroom.
• Preparing and following up on quotes for 4x4 accessories and parts.
• Managing and processing customer orders efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records and customer databases.
• Assisting with stock control and merchandising.
• Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations when needed.
