Job summary

Leaptel in Melbourne is seeking friendly customer service reps to join our growing team. You’ll handle sales, billing and technical support inquiries from customers, set up new services, and follow up on enquiries with a calm, helpful approach.

No telco experience? No problem. We provide four weeks of full-time paid training (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) before joining the casual roster. We offer a great location at Camberwell Junction and casual dress code.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality or call centre.
• Must have full Australian work rights and be 18+.
• No telco experience required.
• Completion of four weeks of full-time paid training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with sales, billing and technical questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through internet hiccups.
• Process new service orders and follow up on enquiries.
• Keep clear, accurate notes while delivering friendly support.
