Greenstone Financial Services is seeking a Customer Support Agent on a 12-month contract to join our dynamic team in Norwest, NSW. You will liaise with customers by phone and in writing, assisting with enquiries and post-sales requests to deliver outstanding service.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Training and benefits are provided.
