Business1300 Pty is looking for a motivated and energetic Casual Customer Support Representative to join our Malvern team. This role supports onboarding, post-sales help, and handling inbound inquiries from a range of business customers.

Flexible hours align with university schedules and onsite parking is provided. You will engage with multiple internal teams and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced culture.

Casual - Long Term Position

Work with a Range of Business Customers and Get Experience to Excel in Your Career!

Key Responsibilities

Provide an outstanding level of customer service and experience

Work with various business customers and assist with onboarding and post-sales support.

Answer inbound calls in a friendly and prompt manner

Attend to customer support tickets/emails timely and professionally

Assist customers with technical support queries and troubleshooting across all products.

Provisioning of company sales across all services including: 13/1300/1800 numbers, live answering services, Cloud PBX and VoIP services, internet connections, mobile and other telecommunication services.

Accurate data entry into all systems including CRM and billing.

Build strong relationships working with suppliers, wholesalers and providers.

Collaborate with company internal teams including sales, marketing, and finance.

What we are looking for

Previous Customer Service or Sales Experience (required min 1+ years)

Previous experience in telecommunication or tech (preferred)

Excellent communication skills - Written and Verbal

High attention to detail and accuracy

Committed to providing the highest level of customer experience

Highly energetic, pro-active, self-motivated and well organised

Passion for problem solving and helping customers

Must be currently enrolled and attending to a Tertiary Education in Business, Marketing, Finance, Commerce or similar

Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task
