Job summary

Nitel on the Gold Coast is seeking customer service specialists for inbound call support to hospitality clients during after-hours, with long-term opportunities and growth potential.

No selling or cold calling; you'll resolve callers' needs, record information, and work evenings finishing before midnight. Onsite parking and a supportive team provide a great working environment.

Qualifications

Inbound only with no selling or cold calling
