Job summary

Wannon Water is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our Portland team. You will connect with customers daily, delivering helpful, responsive service and ensuring they feel heard, supported and valued.

This is an ongoing full-time position with a salary of A$72,170 to A$76,019 per annum plus superannuation, and we’re open to part-time arrangements to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to resolve customer issues under pressure.
• Able to work in a close-knit team to meet objectives.
• High level of computer literacy and adaptability to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer phone calls.
• Attend to visitors and customer inquiries.
• Ensure customer requests and information received are handled accordingly.
• Act as a source of information for members of the public.
• Assist with issuing invoices and following up overdue accounts.
