Job summary

WannonWater in Portland is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to connect with our customers daily, providing helpful, responsive service and ensuring they feel heard, supported and valued.

This ongoing full-time role offers a generous salary of AU$72,170 to AU$76,019 per annum plus superannuation, with opportunities to assist with invoices, respond to enquiries, and contribute to a collaborative, customer-first team.

Qualifications

• Sound experience in a customer support role.
• Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
• The ability to assist and resolve customer issues under pressure.
• The ability to work effectively in a close-knit team to accomplish objectives and targets.
• High level of computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Handleincoming customer phone calls.
• Attendto visitors and customerenquiries.
• Ensurecustomer requests and information received are handled accordingly.
• Actas a source of information for members of the public.
• Assistwith issuing invoices and following up overdueaccounts.
