Qualifications

• Minimum two years of related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer, email and phone skills; good communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in more than one language may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns and dispute resolution.
• Support sales team and customers with stock queries and order expediting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and KPIs.
• Maintain and update records.
• Other duties as assigned.
