Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills (essential).
• Experience with Telstra mobility plans will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, interpret, and assist sales and support teams with data reports and models to identify trends.
• Maintain data models for analytic reporting and source systems.
• Profile, test and understand data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Analyse billing trends and build Telecom Expense Management and Fleet Optimisation reports.
• Use DBMS software to analyse issues, gather performance metrics, and generate reports.
• Review data gathering and reporting processes to increase efficiency and transparency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage client projects and deliver monthly analytics reports.
• Examine data to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations to decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop a customer retention strategy and onboard/train clients on new technology.
