Job summary

Arventa Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Support Officer to lead customer and partner success initiatives for its SaaS platform WHS Monitor. You will ensure client success across Australia, manage ongoing client communication, and collaborate with Sales and Executive teams to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years customer support experience.
• Sound technical knowledge desirable.
