Job summary

Conquest Responsive Crop Protection Pty are seeking a fulltime Customer Service and Logistics Officer based in NSW, in either Dubbo or Wagga Wagga. You will act as the essential liaison between customers, Sales Agents and Production, Warehousing and Supply Chain to ensure orders are fulfilled timely and accurately.

The role offers potential to expand and grow within the business, with a competitive salary and an annual bonus based on KPIs, plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role with industry experience in Agchem, Logistics, Transport and Customer Service essential.
• Proven customer service skills and experience liaising with external customers.
• Ability to work with and manage people at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multi-task, triage issues, time manage and adapt to competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management within a deadline-driven environment.

• Processing dispatch notifications, invoices, statements, and credits.
• Coordination and monitoring of product dispatches from warehouses to customers.

• Warehouse and Consignment stock reconciliation.

A vacancy has arisen for a fulltime Customer Service and Logistics Officer based in our office in NSW in either Dubbo or Wagga Wagga. The role is an essential liaison between our customers, our Sales Agents and the individual departments of Production, Warehousing and Supply Chain. The role is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy. This role allows for the right candidate to expand the position.

Key Responsibilities
