MEGT (Australia) Ltd is seeking a capable leader to oversee the Apprenticeship Connect Provider (ACP) Division in Southport. You will manage a team of Assessment Services Consultants, driving performance and consistent customer service for apprentices and employers.
You’ll oversee reporting, documentation, and stakeholder relationships to support quality assessment services. This is a fixed-term parental leave contract until October 2027, based in Southport.
Lead, coach and inspire a passionate team in MEGT’s Apprenticeship Connect Provider (ACP) Division — Australia’s largest single provider.
Based in Southport and reporting to the Manager – Assessment Services, you’ll lead a team of Assessment Services Consultants, driving performance, consistency and exceptional customer service for apprentices and employers.
You’ll also oversee reporting and documentation requirements and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support quality assessment services.
