Job summary

MEGT Australia is seeking an Assessment Services Consultant, based in Campbelltown or Parramatta, to support our Apprentice Connect Provider division. You will work with apprentices to prepare them from the start, conduct pre-commencement checks and explain key processes to ensure the right support is in place for a smooth experience.

• Build rapport, actively listen and ask follow‑up questions to understand individual circumstances and identify potential barriers to apprenticeship success.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across video, phone and digital channels, providing timely and accurate support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate assessment records and customer information in line with quality and compliance requirements.
• Consistently achieve quality and productivity targets by effectively managing assessment volumes, conversation timeframes and customer outcomes.

Join us as an Assessment Services Consultant and become a key player in our Apprentice Connect Provider division! Based in Campbelltown or Parramatta, this is your chance to thrive with Australia's largest single provider.

About You

You will be positive, adaptable, and self‑motivated with a passion for providing excellent customer service and support. You will bring:

• Confidence communicating with customers via video and phone, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Strong listening skills and the confidence to ask thoughtful follow‑up questions while working within established assessment frameworks.
• Comfortable with a consistent daily workflow within a supportive, structured environment.
• The ability to interpret and apply guidelines, using sound judgement to identify and elevate potential barriers where required.
• Proven capacity to meet set targets and KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and proven accurate and efficient data entry skills.
• Demonstrated high level of computer literacy across a range of programs.
