Job summary

Drakes Angle Vale is seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to join our Customer Service team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will help run a small team, create rosters, place orders and support stock takes in a busy supermarket environment.

You will embody our commitment to exceptional service, work health and safety, and merchandising. Previous customer service is beneficial but not essential; candidates with a proactive, team‑oriented approach are encouraged to apply.

• Customer service experience is desirable, but not essential.
