Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the frontline team at our Sydney store, delivering outstanding customer service and driving revenue growth through sales opportunities.

You will hold daily team briefings, manage key customer relationships, analyse satisfaction scores, and plan staffing to meet targets while coaching staff for peak performance. A current AU driver’s licence is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience in a customer service orientated environment.
• Able to lead, grow and maintain a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Expert customer service and sales skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, challenging environments.
• Full and current AU driver's licence for automatic vehicles.

About the Role?

As a Customer Service Supervisor,you will be responsible for leading and coaching the frontline team at our Sydney store to deliver customer service excellence and to achieve revenue growth through sales options. In this role you will;

About You?

To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:

Skilled ability to lead, grow and maintain a cohesive and high performing team

Expert customer service and sales skills

Experience working in a fast paced and challenging environment

A full and current AU driver’s licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles
